Rebecca uses attachment and interpersonal neurobiology frameworks as part of a holistic, strengths-based model to support individuals and families celebrate their wonderful moments, while navigating their unique challenges.
Rebecca firmly believes that when a deep sense of safety, attunement and connection are felt and experienced in relationships then the development of trust, playfulness, acceptance and empathy can grow and develop in oneself and with those around them.
Compassionate Support for Healing and Growth
Rebecca cares deeply about supporting children, siblings and parents navigating the joys and challenges associated with parenting and those who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, trauma and loss. With adults, Rebecca seeks to understand your story and experiences and work with you to improve your relationships to develop a stronger sense of self and live a meaningful and fulfilled life.
Rebecca is passionate about creating a safe and containing space for clients, working to build on their strengths to help them thrive.
Whilst Rebecca primarily works with children, adolescents and their families, she does see adults for their own individual therapy.
Tailored, Evidence-Based Support for Every Stage of Life

With younger children, Rebecca will utilise a play based approach to therapy. Parent participation in sessions is essential and will vary according to the presenting concerns, developmental needs of the child and systemic intervention.
